Turnkey Website and Domain Names for sale by owner

Turnkey Website and Domain Names for saleTurnkey website and domain names for sale by owner

If you are anything like me, you’re constantly on the lookout for new ideas and angles to grow your online business.

My penchant for all things new and shiny in the world of domain names is a bit like my shoe fetish… and unfortunately I now have a collection of both.

I have no hope in the world of ever being able to wear all my shoes, let alone single handedly create and maintain websites for every single domain name I have fallen in love with. As a result, I now have a selection of “premium turnkey website and domain names for sale by owner.”

Reluctantly I am offering these up to the internet universe for some lucky aspiring blogger or online marketer to take on and grow into their own flourishing affiliate website and online business.

So without further ado, here’s the domains and websites available for your consideration:

Paid blog jobs

PaidBlogJobs.com

This domain was purchased back in October 2016 and since then I started building an online directory of websites where freelance writers can find blogging gigs. The basic website has been established along with affiliate disclosure and privacy statements.

Get Guest Bloggers to do the hard work for you!

This website could easily continue to be built out through guest posts where writers choose a ‘paidblogjob’ website from my A-Z directory and write the article to a set format in exchange for a link back to their own website or blog.

What’s on offer:

  • Turnkey website and domain name ‘paidblogjobs.com’ ready for you to continue building out with content
  • Domain registered back in October 2016 (so an aged site – which is desirable)
  • Traffic – negligible as website has been dormant for the past few months
  • 6 pages, 10 posts and 54 approved comments
  • Website hosting available if required
  • WordPress Site
  • SEO optimized

Pricing:

  • All genuine expressions of interest will be considered
  • Make me an offer!

DriverJobsWanted.com

In a burst of enthusiasm and a rather large rush of blood to the head I discovered some extremely low hanging fruit keywords in the Uber and Drive Share sector. So what did I do… ? Go buy this domain name of course!

Unfortunately I don’t drive cars for a living and have zero interest in developing this niche further. This domain is screaming out for someone with an interest in this niche to take it on and develop it into a fully fledged website. I truly believe that someone with an appropriate level of interest in this topic will carve out a successful online business with this little gem.

What’s on offer:

  • Domain name only – DriverJobsWanted.com
  • Access to my keyword research for this topic (23 great keywords); including one superb low hanging fruit keyword with in excess of 1.6 million average monthly searches, traffic 286,000 and a QSR of 26!
  • Domain name purchased in July 2017

Pricing:

  • Offers over $95 will be considered
  • If you require a done-for-you WordPress site, this can be arranged at an extra cost along with website hosting if required
  • Feel free to contact me to discuss your requirements

HorsesForSale.co.nz

This is a basic classified listing website, where New Zealand equestrian enthusiasts can buy and sell horses and gear.

At present all listings are free, but the site could easily be updated to accept payments for classifieds. There is good opportunity to monetize this website via paid classified listings, Google AdSense and affiliate links such as equestrian products on Amazon.

Affiliate products could be added as listings within the classified section or within content added to the blog.

This website has not been actively managed for the past few months, but the framework is in place for a tech savvy horse enthusiast to take on the site and put their own special stamp on it.

What’s on offer:

  • Turnkey website and domain name ‘horsesforsale.co.nz’ ready for you to continue building out with content
  • Domain registered back in August 2017 (so an aged site – which is desirable)
  • Traffic – average of 1100 page views per month despite website being dormant in recent months
  • 21 pages, 9 posts and 7 approved comments
  • Website hosting available if required
  • Integrated with MailerLite
    • 143 subscribers
    • Templates for e-newsletters and website opt in forms already established
  • BuddyPress Plugin
  • WordPress Website
  • SEO optimized

Pricing:

  • All genuine expressions of interest will be considered
  • Make me an offer!

MidlifeCrisisInProgress.com

Oh the plans I had for this domain!!

But alas, my online business has taken a completely different direction.

Someone could have a lot of fun with this domain, and go with a lighthearted look at midlife and all the quirks and challenges that go with it. Or if you prefer, this website could look at the more serious issues that accompany midlife for both women and men.

Either way, this could be a great niche and I’m happy to share my ideas with you if you are stuck for inspiration!

What’s on offer:

  • Domain name only – MidLifeCrisisInProgress.com
  • Access to my keyword research for this topic (82 great keywords) to get you started
  • Domain name purchased in June 2017

Pricing:

  • Offers over $95 will be considered
  • If you require a done-for-you WordPress site, this can be arranged at an extra cost along with website hosting if required
  • Feel free to contact me to discuss your requirements

  2. Stefan Vogt says:

hi, some great domain names you got here.

I love the thought of a keyword with over a million searches and such little QSR.

Too bad I’m not into hiring drivers my self but I will recommend the site to some people I know.

    • KD Forsman says:

Thanks Stefan, I appreciate it. Actually that’s when I got a little over excited with the awesome JAAXY keyword tool and I now have lists of fantastic keywords that I’m never going to use in my existing niche. Hopefully someone will pick these websites and domain names up and run with them… so thanks for sharing, cheers, Karen

I think you have a great business idea of offering websites and domain names for sale. The best thing is that you’ve set the websites up and running, you have a content on them and some traffic also and domain names seems to be attractive. Unfortunately, none of these domains aren’t within my special interests, otherwise, I would have made an offer.

    • KD Forsman says:

Hi Kari, this is most definitely not going to be my business… my focus is on building up resources for writers and authors. But thanks for your feedback and if you know anyone who may be interested in a ready made site, please share this page. thanks, Karen

  4. Andy says:

Great post I’m sure it will gain some interest!

  5. I did not until recently how owning domain names that specifically entails and focus on a service or product can be very lucrative. I can see how such a domain name can be in demand because it will define exactly what potential buyers or looking for.

    • KD Forsman says:

Hi Maurice, thanks for your comment, yes whenever I look at a niche, I do a lot of keyword research to try and come up with the best domain name combination for that niche. I really enjoy SEO and keyword research, which is great for my own site, but it often means I can’t help myself and end up being the proud owner of a website I will never have time to work on! Hence the reason these are now up for grabs. If you are interested, please use the contact form below to get in touch, cheers, Karen

You’ve got some great niches out there. ^^ I love the paidblogjobs.com domain that you purchased back in 2016. I hope you find the right person for that domain. I have several domains that I own as well – however I want to sell but at the same time I want to keep. Maybe for a good price I will sell it. Other than that, I’m keeping it. Lol.

    • KD Forsman says:

Hi Kimiko, I know exactly what you mean, and I really don’t want to part with some of these, but the truth is I just don’t have the time to juggle another 4 sites, on top of the 5 I actively manage. It’s like my shoe collection, I know I need to be brutal and get rid of some… but it’s so hard!!!! If you know anyone who may be interested in any of these domains, please share this page. cheers, Karen

  7. Those are some great niches. And some very interesting ones. Thnx for sharing 🙂

  8. Scott Hinkle says:

What an awesome idea. So many times you see the domain hoarders who go buy up everything just waiting for it to be relevant to some big company and try to sell it for a large profit. Sadly those sites often sit unused. You, on the other hand, went and got sites that made sense to you and that you had plans for (not just to use them as a resell opportunity down the line) which is evident from the additional information you’re offering with the domains (keyword searches, templates, even developed sites). Now that you’re not developing them and need to feed your shoe fetish, you’re offering them up to someone who will and not at some ridiculous price either. I have to say I really love MidlifeCrisisInProgress.com. That can be a help site, a humor site…the options are many. I hope you find good homes for these domains and thank you for not simply locking them up and holding them ransom for big $$.

    • KD Forsman says:

Hi Scott, thank you for your comment, I’m glad you didn’t mistake me for a hoarder… LOL; though you haven’t seen my shoe collection – that could change things a bit. I really want to find good homes for these websites, so if you know anyone who may be interested, please do share this page. Cheers, Karen

  9. Anna says:

    Hi Karen,
It is a great idea to post your unused but already paid for domains online to find a buyer. I have a couple like these as well that I would like to get rid off, as I do not have much time to develop them properly. I also heard that you could sell domains and websites on Flippa. Have you ever used this service before?

    • KD Forsman says:

Hi Anna, Yes I have used Flippa before with little success. I’m in no rush to sell these domains, and I wanted to keep the sale price down, so didn’t want to add the cost of a Flippa listing into the mix. I’m happy to keep these until the right person comes along. Cheers, Karen

    Hello there,

You have a nice collection of domain names. This business could be very lucrative if one knows what to do.
I really like the domain paidblogjobs.com
It is easy to remember and niche-ready.

  11. David says:

Karen, that is some list of websites that you have for sale that you have already done an amount of work. The one “horsesforsale.co.nz” caught my eye, not because I am interested in that domain name, but because it reminded me of a business book I read years ago where the author had a great short ad “Horse for sale”. I can’t remember the name of the book, but I remember the ad. Brilliant ad.

By the way, I noticed that one of the websites had some outstanding monthly traffic statistics and a QSR of 26 where you talked about low hanging fruit keywords. What are low hanging keywords and what is QSR?

    Curious,
    Peace,
    David

    • KD Forsman says:

Hi David, Thanks so much for your feedback, actually I’ve decided that I’m not going to sell the HorsesForSale.co.nz website as it’s a niche area I enjoy and I’ve decided to develop the site out further. Low hanging fruit keywords is a phrase (keyword) that has less competing ad traffic for it, which makes it easier to get your articles ranked in search engines. Here’s a useful training article which explains the concept further. All the very best, Karen

  12. Glenys says:

    Hi Karen,
What a great idea to sell some of your early websites. I have been blogging for a while now and I know that our interests can shift and move as we discover new elements of Internet marketing that we enjoy / or think that we can make a lot of money from.
I hope that this goes really well for you.

    • KD Forsman says:

Thanks Glenys, I am reluctantly selling these sites as I’ve realised that I can’t do justice to all of my sites and I need to focus on my core business. Some lucky owner will get the benefit of an aged website which is already established and ranking for SEO and relevant keywords. All enquiries welcome! Best wishes, Karen
